Customers are eligible to apply for a return and corresponding refund within 60 days from the date of order delivery. All return applications must comply with our product return standards. To qualify for a full refund, the returned items must be unused, unmodified, and kept in original condition with intact original packaging, complete accessories, and no artificial damage, contamination, or secondary usage traces. Products that are damaged due to improper installation, incorrect use, or unauthorized modification will not be eligible for return or refund services.

2. Order Preconditions for Refund Application

All orders settled in unified USD currency on our website can apply for refund services in accordance with this policy after meeting the return conditions. Our store provides free shipping for all products, and no shipping fee will be charged for any order.
